These paintings reflect the intangible nature of keepsakes—the objects we can’t physically hold but carry in our minds. They represent memories or sensations, something familiar that reminds us of someone or somewhere, even when we can’t place exactly why. Perhaps a chandelier isn’t just a chandelier, but a moment of light or warmth that lingers. These works explore the subtle, unconscious connections we make, where everyday things become vessels for memories we didn’t know we were keeping.
