My time at MacArthur Place was spent documenting the ebb and flow of activity across the grounds and the surrounding neighborhood. Expanding on my exploration of tidal rhythms and gradients, this piece focuses on capturing the subtle transitions of light, movement, and atmosphere that define the property’s unique sense of place. The mottled texture of the composition is drawn from the undulating shadows cast at the property’s entrance, while the palette reflects the bodies of water in and around MacArthur Place.
