This work was the start to the works I created for my solo exhibition "Field In The Wind" with Uprise Art. From the start, the composition, was an open-ended exercise to bring in new material, ideas, and experiments. Working in this way can often generate themes that pollinate larger works or seed inspiration for other paintings. The end result acts as a record that marks new ideas in a larger timeline.
