I started these pieces while working on my last show “Super Silhouette”, and finished them when I returned home from the opening in Tokyo. I wanted to see what finished is. Is it an idea mapped out and repeated through variations, or can it be caught in the middle of creation? These pieces mark a transition in my process from transposing ideas from paper to creating directly on canvas.
