Horizons and horizon lines show up in a lot of my work. For me the horizon is a representation of hope, uncertainty, and infinity, as well as being a distant space for imagination. For this series I wanted to use the horizon and the light surrounding it to evoke these thoughts and create a spectrum of human emotions.
