In this painting I tried to keep the typical flow of ideas and words out of my head while I was painting and instead just focus on the feeling of flow and following what felt right. I guess because of that they remind me of a joyful little free flowing moment. I like the duality of making paintings that have a lot of surface texture and visual information but still feel light and calm. The paintings have a quietness to them but there is a lot to look at and explore with your eyes.
